Perfect if you are sending an item as a gift. Simply fill in the gift note and we will include it with your shipment to your special someone.
You have 2 options for your personalized gift note. You may choose to have your personalized note included on the packing slip that will then be included inside the package (no pricing information included) or you may choose to have us print your personalized note on a gift note card (pictured). Your personal message will be printed on the inside of the card. This option is available for just $1.99
The image for this item shows the printed version of the gift note. This art will not show on the gift note applied to the packing list.
